If our parts team doesn't have what you need in stock, rest assured, they will go above and beyond to find it for you!
STEP TWO: PLACE ORDER
Once you have submitted your parts order, our parts team will contact you once your parts order has arrived.
STEP THREE: PICK UP ORDERS
Once our team has contacted you to say that your parts order has arrived, they will work with you to coordinate pickup arrangements.
ON-CALL EMERGENCY
We have an on-call emergency parts phone for agriculture equipment parts (at the main building). Harvest and seeding can get crazy, and when everything is go, go, go, it is important to our customers that they are able to get their machinery fixed in a reasonable time frame. Every night during these busy times, one of our parts staff will be on call, ready to help with any emergency parts needs.
